This 2017 BMW X6 M was ordered new through BMW of Encinitas, California, with a Bang & Olufsen sound system as well as the Executive and Driver Assistance Packages, which together provided a heated steering wheel, front-seat ventilation, rear-seat heating, a head-up display, adaptive LED headlights, soft-close doors, Surround View, and other electronic driver’s aides. The truck is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 that drives all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission and an xDrive all-wheel-drive system, and it is finished in Donington Gray Metallic over black full Merino leather. Changes include a Dinan ECU tune, a Dinatronics tuner, a carbon-fiber airbox, and a lowered suspension. This F86 X6 M has 35k miles and is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner at no reserve with a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the owner’s name.
The truck is finished in Donington Gray Metallic (C28), and features Shadowline trim, body-color wheel arch extensions and side skirts, and revised aerodynamic front and rear fascias when compared to the base X6. Additional equipment includes LED headlights, fog lights, a panoramic sunroof, a rear spoiler, and Park Distance Control parking sensors. Clear paint-protection film has been applied up front.
The 21″ Style 612M alloy wheels are mounted over H&R 15mm spacers. The car was factory equipped with an adaptive M suspension, and it has been modified with a Dinan lowering kit with front coil springs, bump stops, and rear links. The air suspension compressor was replaced recently. Stopping power is provided by cross-drilled and ventilated discs at each corner. The seller states that the tires are in need of replacement, and adds that they will be installing a new set in preparation for the sale.
The black full Merino leather cabin features heated and ventilated power-adjustable front seats and heated rear seats as well as a head-up display, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, four-zone automatic climate control, and iDrive infotainment with navigation. The head unit was replaced in October 2019.
The heated leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 35k miles, approximately 16k of which were added under current ownership.
